About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure and customize Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, Advanced Approvals, Bundles, and Nested Bundles
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
- Build and enhance Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) for complex pricing and quoting scenarios
- Support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Configure, Quote, Amend, Renew, and Contract Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in estimations, code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management activities
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices
- Work closely with US stakeholders and participate in client discussions during overlapping business hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ
- Strong expertise in Apex
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong expertise in SOQL/SOSL
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows
- Strong expertise in REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Product Rules
- Experience with Price Rules
- Experience with Advanced Approvals
- Experience with Quote Templates
- Experience with Discount Schedules
- Experience with MDQ (Multi-Dimensional Quoting)
- Experience with renewals and amendments
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
- Experience with Git, DevOps tools, and CI/CD processes
- Must be available to overlap with the US team and work until 1:00 PM CST as needed
