Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement custom indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs to measure and track KPIs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules
Customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and business rules, to integrate and support Performance Analytics capabilities
Create and enhance analytics-driven functionalities using JavaScript and Glide API
Configure and automate data collection jobs for timely and accurate performance data aggregation
Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and Scripted APIs
Optimize Performance Analytics configurations, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and report critical performance metrics
Develop user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces, forms, and reports
Implement trend analysis and forecasting models and integrate them with ServiceNow workflows and automation scripts
Provide insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and service delivery
Validate data sources, troubleshoot data collection issues, and maintain data quality
Develop and execute unit, regression, and other test plans and cases; collaborate with QA teams
Stay current with ServiceNow Performance Analytics features and releases and continuously improve applications and workflows
Implement security and compliance best practices and conduct governance reviews
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including custom indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs
Experience customizing ServiceNow forms, workflows, and business rules
Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
Experience with Flow Designer and Scripted APIs
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules
Experience configuring and automating data collection and reporting workflows
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs
Experience creating business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
Experience implementing trend analysis and forecasting models
Experience validating data sources and troubleshooting data collection issues
Experience developing and executing unit, regression, and other test cases
Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics features, releases, predictive analytics, and machine learning models
Knowledge of data privacy, security best practices, governance, and regulatory standards
Ability to collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
Ability to participate in project planning, execution, and delivery
