About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, grow, and retain a $10–15M+ revenue portfolio.
  • Develop and implement sales activity plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and create actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, grow the sales pipeline, and contribute to sales campaigns.
  • Follow sales processes and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with customer experience, legal, marketing, product development, and operations teams.
  • Act as client ambassador and escalation point for the assigned book of business.
  • Perform an inside sales role with minimal required travel, including possible conferences and events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales and revenue growth into smaller accounts, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years of sales experience; financial institutions background and sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using SFDC and dashboards such as Power BI to manage pipelines.
  • Must complete the entire application process, including prescreening questions and eSignature.
