About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters
Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
Answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
Sell new policies and write new business for existing or new clients
Retain the existing book of business
Quote new business through outbound call initiatives and introductory letters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous customer experience is required
Minimum 1 year of Personal Insurance experience preferred; candidates with no insurance experience are considered
Exposure to Epic is an asset
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
