About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and/or participate in finance-related project management activities
Ensure finance projects align with organizational objectives and requirements
Provide financial accounting expertise across Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Subledger transactions
Understand intercompany processes and cost management principles
Identify and implement technical solutions for financial and operational requirements
Support system configuration, enhancements, and process automation for Oracle Fusion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting practices with business strategy
Support triage and resolution of production issues with business teams, end users, and third-party partners
Develop and review project documentation, training materials, and process improvement initiatives
Drive user adoption through engagement and training
Implement ongoing training, maintenance, and continuous improvement mechanisms
Identify process changes supporting finance strategic goals
Build scalable processes and facilitate acquisition integration from a finance/accounting standpoint
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or higher
At least 7+ years of global finance experience
Experience with business optimization and Oracle Fusion
In-depth understanding of analyzing and managing organizations’ financial needs
End-to-end knowledge of integrations with all Oracle modules across the financial spectrum
Ability to build and maintain effective customer relations and manage resources effectively
Experience managing cost-effective financial strategies and production methods
Process mindset with ability to identify continuous and transformational improvement opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and global implementation teams
Project management skills for prioritization, organization, and stakeholder/user communications
Strong proficiency in finance accounting principles and practices
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technical proficiency and adept use of electronic business management systems
Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management
Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required
