About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, data feeds, and business applications across underwriting, claims, CRM, and captive insurance platforms
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and scheduled processes
- Write SQL queries and reports to validate data, investigate issues, and support business needs
- Assist with application administration, user access, configuration updates, and documentation
- Partner with business and technology teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in application support, systems support or integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL and data validation principles
- Experience supporting policy administration, claims, risk management, or insurance-related platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in Commercial Lines, Property & Casualty, or Captive Insurance environments preferred
