About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Drive process improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Microsoft tools, including Power BI and Power Automate
Collaborate with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to support strategic technology initiatives
Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize system usage and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems
Strong understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement
Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AI adoption strategies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Salesforce (Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
