About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Utilize company policies to resolve customer concerns
- Direct calls to the managerial team when necessary
- Provide timely and professional responses to incoming telephone queries
- Provide first call resolution
- Handle questions and complaints in compliance with applicable state regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to insureds, agents, and internal and external customers
- Provide continuous training and backup support to teammates
- Provide training and guidance to staff as required
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma/GED
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Quality Scores of 95% or higher
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (preferred)
- Ability to perform repetitive motion and use a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor
- Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day
