About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide inbound customer support by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims into the system based on client-specific terms and conditions
- Confirm coverage in accordance with policies and procedures
- Review documentation supporting claims, proof of ownership, and parts and replacement costs
- Issue coverage denials where appropriate or schedule a servicer to handle property damage
- Approve or deny servicer estimates up to $750.00
- Maintain email boxes and respond to customers and vendors
- Process customer requests and claims quickly, accurately, and timely
- Follow up and review claims to ensure accurate records and timely settlement
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjuster’s License (preferred not required)
- Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting and claim procedures (preferred not required)
- Must have experience with MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (courteous, thorough, and helpful)
