About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms
  • Provide clients with ID cards in a timely and accurate manner
  • Order loss runs and Experience Mods from current insurance carriers
  • Request and obtain Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs)
  • Process change requests and ensure policy updates and documentation are completed
  • Process endorsements and invoice Agency Bill items related to policy modifications
  • Review and process new and renewal policies, completing checklists and addressing discrepancies with the Account Executive
  • Manage policy audits and invoice applicable Agency Bill items
  • Report claims and follow up with insurance carriers
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for insurance activities, policies, claims, and invoicing
  • Pull, attach, and organize necessary documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • P&C Licensed (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years Commercial Insurance experience, preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional office environment experience
