About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Account Managers, Producers, and other internal employees to ensure client expectations and standards are upheld
  • Process changes, checking for consistency and documenting in Applied Epic
  • Build personalized client relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Explain coverage terms, program options, and other items to clients
  • Work with internal departments to ensure cohesive and timely service execution
  • Prioritize workload, client service requests, and business-process service parameters
  • Achieve data integrity and meet activity timeliness, quality metrics, and goals
  • Maintain accurate and complete client data, including policy detail, activities, attachments, and agent/broker detail
  • Follow servicing workflows, document client and carrier conversations, take appropriate action, and follow up as requested
  • Develop effective working relationships with Producers, Account Managers, customer service pool team members, managers, carriers, and other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years Insurance account management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Adaptable to new computer functions and processes
  • Professional in both written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and goal-orientated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Detail-oriented
  • Teammate
