  • Drive adoption and effective use of Employee Benefits technology platforms
  • Support data integrity and accuracy in operational systems
  • Assist with technology utilization and process adherence
  • Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and operational technology initiatives
  • Encourage reporting and analytics for informed decision-making
  • Maintain relationships with carrier and vendor partners and support issue resolution and service coordination
  • Partner with service, sales, compliance, and operational leadership teams to deliver operational outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Life, Accident & Health License or ability to obtain and maintain licensure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of employee benefits, insurance, operations, or business process experience
  • Prior experience leading teams, projects, or operational initiatives
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits operations, workflows, and service delivery processes
  • Experience with operational controls, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of agency management systems and employee benefits technology platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred: Leadership experience within an employee benefits brokerage, consulting firm, or insurance carrier
  • Preferred: Experience with BenefitPoint, Salesforce, AMS platforms, or similar agency management systems
  • Preferred: CEBS, GBA, or other industry designation
  • Preferred: Experience supporting technology implementations and change management initiatives
