About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the region through finance and operations functions, FP&A, and strategic planning
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and corporate-office reports
- Liaise between the Center of Excellence and Profit Center to troubleshoot, make corrections, and answer questions
- Compile and review data and reports for accuracy and ensure procedure protocols are followed
- Support month-end and ad hoc finance and accounting functions
- Analyze financial details to identify development opportunities and areas needing improvement
- Review and monitor monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy
- Partner with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning
- Perform financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward-looking strategies
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with Team Leads, Senior Finance Business Partner, and Profit Center Leaders
- Prepare ad hoc and monthly financial reporting
- Mentor and train Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists
- Assist Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years’ of experience in an Accounting or Finance position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time; travel may include B&B offices and attending B&B training and events
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
