About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining websites and digital experiences across HubSpot and supporting web technologies.
- Support implementation activities, bug fixes, platform enhancements, integrations, and other digital solution initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and deployment support activities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, QA resources, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, development planning, technical documentation and team knowledge-sharing activities.
- Follow established coding standards, security requirements, development processes, and best practices when building secure, accessible, maintainable, and well-performing web solutions.
- Continuously expand knowledge of HubSpot, modern web technologies, integrations, and software engineering practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of software or web development experience.
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services, and client/server application concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and development practices.
