About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key project coordination partner to the Retail Leadership Team
- Organize, track, and execute strategic business initiatives
- Capture and maintain meeting notes, action items, decisions, owners, and due dates
- Track commitments and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates
- Develop executive presentations, PowerPoint decks, business reviews, and leadership communications
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up communications
- Compile information from multiple teams into executive-ready summaries, reports, and recommendations
- Support leadership planning by organizing priorities and monitoring progress
- Build relationships with Retail leaders and business partners
- Improve project tracking, reporting, communication, and organizational effectiveness through standardized tools and processes
- Manage multiple priorities while continuously learning the Retail business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, administration, consulting support, or related roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook proficiency
- Demonstrated abilities to create dashboards and integrate AI technologies
- Exposure to project management methodologies and tools
- Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, or business reports
- CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management certifications
