- Conduct thorough assessments of client operations, identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and present tailored strategies and recommendations to clients
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and main point of contact
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Provide innovative and effective consulting solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in consulting
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
