Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incoming phone calls and administer and resolve customer inquiries
  • Provide timely and professional responses to incoming telephone queries
  • Use company policies to solve customer concerns and direct calls to the managerial team when necessary
  • Provide first-call resolution
  • Handle questions and complaints in compliance with applicable state regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Quality Scores of 95% or higher
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to work as a team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task between various software programs
  • Problem solving and problem resolution skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Must not require employer sponsorship; Proctor Loan Protector does not sponsor any type of work visas or STEM programs
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion and use a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7–8 hours per day
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7–8 hours per day

  • Ability to sit at a desk 7–8 hours per day
