About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process physical client insurance documents
  • Handle documents according to client and company guidelines
  • Operate, troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on Opex Mail Extractor and Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner office machines as needed
  • Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information
  • Assist in various functions as responsibilities change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) plus at least one-month related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Ability to type and use a 10 key (preferred)
  • General knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills (preferred)
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills (preferred)
  • Team player (preferred)
