About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients
  • Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities, including a specific business plan for growth
  • Follow up to address client needs and resolve problems or issues
  • Train client personnel as necessary or instructed by Regional Manager
  • Ensure proper organizational resources are involved with clients and introduce new products where appropriate
  • Provide weekly action reports, leads, and opportunities as instructed by Team Leaders
  • Present proposals to clients, ensuring appropriate team members and resources are represented
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Stay up to date with current market conditions and competition status

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years automotive F&I experience and/or sales management experience
  • Associate and/or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
