About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Re-audit completed reviews performed by Quality Assurance Teams to ensure consistency within the QA function
  • Review key elements from document images and/or reports against updates in IIM
  • Compile and document discrepancies for training and trend analysis
  • Identify error trends within processes and report them to leadership
  • Ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Windows based environment, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
  • Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards
  • Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained
  • Quality and insurance experience helpful
  • Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus
  • Clear understanding of all insurance processes
  • Understanding of clients' business rules
  • Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion and use a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7-8 hours per day
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor
  • Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day
  • Must not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
