About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute scalable regional marketing programs supporting new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development.
  • Partner with regional leadership and sales teams to identify market-specific opportunities, priorities, and campaigns aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Localize and deploy national marketing initiatives within regional markets under established national guardrails.
  • Lead Centers of Influence (COI) and new business marketing programs.
  • Develop carrier partnership marketing strategy and enablement.
  • Lead prospect marketing and demand generation programs.
  • Design scalable, repeatable national programs for deployment across regions.
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for regional adoption.
  • Partner with national and regional stakeholders to ensure execution and adoption.
  • Analyze campaign performance and regional marketing metrics, providing insights, recommendations, and ROI reporting.
  • Use consolidated KPI dashboards to assess performance, inform prioritization, and guide resource allocation with the marketing operations team.
  • Maintain alignment across marketing objectives, budgets, workstreams, and regional priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services industry.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and professionally across multiple mediums including digital, social, and print.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of marketing systems and social media platforms for business utilization, with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
