About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Efficiently administer and perform duties associated with policy processing
  • Receive and review brokerage policies from carriers and verify required information
  • Prepare policies for delivery to retail agents by applying required stamps and correspondence
  • Independently handle policy issuance, policy logs, and responsibility of policies to the company
  • Review binding policies in policy files and deliver them to agents
  • Assist with mail transmittal to companies or producers
  • Pull suspense items as needed and keep them current and in good order
  • Issue and distribute certificates, forms, and other materials with guidance from the Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant
  • Communicate with producers on basic issues using form letters to secure required documentation
  • Refer issues to the Department Manager or Account Executive when additional counsel is required
  • Perform related duties such as filing, photocopying, imaging, and collating

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years’ experience as a Processor or comparable position
  • Ability to learn multiple computer systems for processing information
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication with Account Executives and assistants
  • Familiarity with Outlook, PIPS, and Word Processing
  • Must work in Plano, TX, USA
