Key responsibilities & impact

Manage key commercial projects, delivering each project on time, within budget, and within scope
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Identify business opportunities and support development of appropriate tactics and strategies
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Generate actionable insights and propose solutions
Partner across the organization to identify strategic insights within operating functions and geographies
Leverage multiple data sources, including Nielsen and Iscam, and advanced tools to develop business analytics and data visualizations
Track, manage, and calculate monthly and annual commercial-team KPIs
Analyze financial and business strategies and translate them into clear action plans
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Coordinate stakeholders for flawless project execution
Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and assess feasibility
Develop timelines, work plans, and dashboards using defined management tools
Report project progress, deviations, and adjustments to involved areas and management
Perform work in compliance with Brown-Forman policies and applicable Mexican laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent) in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
3+ years of experience working with commercial teams and data analytics
English fluency, written and spoken
Experience in data analysis, KPI calculation, and interpretation of complex trends
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and advanced Excel
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely to different audiences
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to discuss financial/business strategies and translate them into actionable plans
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and high-level stakeholders
Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
Experience tracking and monitoring execution of initiatives or strategic projects
