About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as strategic customer partner and single point of accountability for revenue, retention, and expansion across Enterprise accounts in North American West and LATAM
  • Drive new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers on the Browzwear platform
  • Own Enterprise customers and prospects in the North American Western and LATAM territories
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts
  • Identify prospecting strategy for whitespace and under-monetized accounts and prioritize high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations across technical, product development, design operations, IT, and Finance stakeholders
  • Develop outcome-based business cases quantifying ROI, time-to-market reduction, sample cost savings, sustainability impact, and operational efficiency
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations with Sales Engineers and Solutions Consulting
  • Evangelize Browzwear's 3D-first design and digital product creation platform
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on account health, adoption, time-to-value, renewals, and churn mitigation
  • Orchestrate Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and execute annual territory strategy and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline
  • Report to the VP, Growth & Partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 5+ years managing strategic account portfolios
  • History of closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Deep understanding of the fashion, apparel, or adjacent manufacturing/supply chain industry
  • Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and digital transformation drivers
  • Consultative selling expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Ability to build trust and relationships at the C-suite level
  • Proven track record of account expansion, renewal success, and customer retention, including renewal rates greater than 90%
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to orchestrate and influence, without authority, a virtual internal team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • English fluency
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Western North American location preferred or willingness to relocate
