About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the strategic customer partner and single point of accountability for revenue, retention, and expansion across Enterprise accounts
  • Drive new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers on the Browzwear platform
  • Own Enterprise customers and prospects within the North American Western and LATAM territories
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts
  • Identify prospecting strategies for whitespace and under-monetized accounts
  • Build account stratification to prioritize high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations across technical, product, design operations, IT, and finance stakeholders
  • Develop outcome-based business cases quantifying ROI, time-to-market reduction, sample cost savings, sustainability impact, and operational efficiency
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations
  • Orchestrate virtual team support from Sales Engineering and Solutions Consulting
  • Evangelize Browzwear's 3D-first design and digital product creation platform
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on account health, adoption, time-to-value, renewal outcomes, and churn mitigation
  • Coordinate Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other virtual team members
  • Develop and execute annual territory strategy and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline
  • Report to the VP, Growth & Partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5+ years managing strategic account portfolios
  • History of closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Deep understanding of the fashion, apparel, or adjacent manufacturing/supply chain industry
  • Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and digital transformation drivers
  • Consultative selling expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Ability to build trust and relationships at the C-suite level
  • Proven track record of account expansion, renewal success, and customer retention, with renewal rates greater than 90%
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to orchestrate and influence, without authority, a virtual internal team of subject matter experts
  • English (fluent)
  • Western North American based preferred or willingness to relocate
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred
