About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Supply Chain and Purchasing teams through ERP integration activities, data cleansing and validation initiatives, purchasing process support, and continuous improvement projects
  • Assist with ERP implementation and integration, data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Verify item master data, supplier records, and purchasing data
  • Assist with migration of supply chain and purchasing data between systems
  • Identify and resolve ERP data discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and system changes
  • Review and cleanse item master records and validate supplier and vendor information
  • Audit ERP data and assist with standardizing naming conventions, units of measure, lead times, and purchasing attributes
  • Analyze data integrity issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics
  • Assist buyers with purchase order processing and maintenance
  • Monitor purchase order acknowledgments and supplier confirmations
  • Support supplier communication regarding delivery schedules and order status
  • Participate in supply chain process improvement initiatives
  • Document current-state and future-state processes
  • Assist with workflow optimization and standard work development
  • Support cross-functional procurement, planning, and supply chain projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States immediately without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, D365, QAD, or Infor is preferred
  • Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Power BI is preferred
  • Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain concepts is preferred
