Requirements

What you’ll need

At least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
Self-motivated and able to work well independently
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred but not required)
Ability to hit hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality
Comfortable working as an independent contractor, handling own taxes and benefits
Ability to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process
Steady, reliable internet and power to support uninterrupted video interviews and meetings
Responsive during the shift and able to meet targets
