About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead solution design in collaboration with Product and Design
- Balance product requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability
- Deliver robust, efficient, and maintainable code using AI processes
- Improve code review, testing, and continuous integration and delivery practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced engineers
- Collaborate with Customer teams to understand and resolve client issues
- Monitor and improve alerting systems
- Resolve production incidents, analyze them, document findings, and drive improvements
- Participate in cross-team chapters and improve frontend or backend technology stacks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Substantial experience with Python
- Django experience is a plus
- Comfortable challenging implementations from data model diagrams to networking
- Experience working at scale, serving tens of millions of users
- Professionally proficient in English
- Willingness to take ownership of design and product decisions
- Experience or interest in domain-driven development
- Ability to lead across boundaries and scale organizational impact
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and their risks and benefits
