About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain software across front-end and backend systems
Own features end to end, from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and refinement
Build reliable, maintainable, performant, scalable software and user experiences
Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, scheduled processes, supporting systems, and cloud infrastructure
Translate UX/UI concepts and mockups into production-ready features
Improve usability, clarity, consistency, and the overall user experience
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack
Improve system reliability, performance, maintainability, processes, and technical workflows
Work with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver requirements
Participate in planning sessions, code reviews, technical discussions, and other engineering activities
Flag blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues early
Communicate proactively about progress and challenges
Propose process and technical improvements
Perform other related tasks assigned by the client

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional Software Engineer experience
Strong full-stack development experience with a front-end leaning
Solid background in software development and system design
Experience building and shipping modern web applications
Experience working across both front-end and backend systems
Experience with modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments
Experience working closely with Product and Design teams
Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices
Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of priorities and delivery requirements
Ability to own features end to end and work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to identify and communicate blockers early
Product-mindedness and design awareness
Ability to prioritise critical functionality for go-live and defer non-critical polish
Proactive communication and reliability
Schedule availability: 7am–4pm PHT, Monday–Friday
