About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth and global scaling of the Project Management function within the Delivery department
- Design and optimize Project Management structures and workflows across regions
- Define and track KPIs for team performance and operational success
- Forecast project pipelines and assess team capacity needs across locations, including offshore sites
- Own and refine project management processes to support evolving business needs and company growth
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Product teams on customer project execution
- Establish AI-assisted project management practices and identify opportunities to remove manual work
- Drive standardization and scalability in project delivery while accommodating client-specific needs
- Implement best practices for risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor a global team of Project Managers
- Oversee successful project execution, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction
- Act as escalation point for project risks, blockers, and critical decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within a SaaS, tech, or ConstructionTech environment
- 1–2 years of leadership experience managing and developing project management teams
- Proven ability to optimize team efficiency and utilization in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience leading process transformations and change management within a growing organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting to improve team productivity and process efficiency
- Experience working in a global environment and managing remote employees and other teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Asana
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in Management, Economics, or a related field is an advantage
