About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations
- Acting as the key agency lead across multiple levels and brands
- Building trusted and collaborative client partnerships
- Overseeing agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client-facing documentation
- Presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with client teams
- Identifying opportunities to proactively unlock new client conversations
- Managing design project delivery and workflow to meet client timelines and budgets
- Leading day-to-day project deliverables from initial briefing through the artwork process
- Escalating issues when necessary
- Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
- Managing weekly billings, forecasting and client purchase orders
- Contributing strategically to briefs, audits, presentations and pitches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working within a design agency on global brands
- A keen, can-do attitude
- A fresh perspective and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to forge strong relationships through excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and capable in identifying, leveraging and building opportunities and client relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well informed and reliable; able to foresee potential problems and propose solutions
- Possess big picture thinking yet also understands the importance of attention to detail and the smooth running of projects
- Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
- A clear understanding of the design industry, with a willingness to continue learning
- Share community spirit and be curious enough to question the status quo
