About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement product and service solutions addressing complex client needs
Assist the Bulletproof sales team with pre-sales questions and attend client meetings as a technical resource
Apply knowledge of Bulletproof’s products and services, with a specialized focus on Managed IT services
Gather client requirements and understand business needs
Design and develop solutions meeting client requirements and industry best practices
Create technical specifications, design documents, and other technical artifacts
Work with sales and delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in proposals and project/service estimates
Conduct pre-sales webinars for potential customers and partners
Conduct pre-sales on-site visits to selected customers
Design, attend, and deliver product and service presentations during seminars, events, and tradeshows
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions improving Bulletproof’s products and services
Obtain and maintain vendor certifications as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years hardware/software technical sales experience; experience with managed IT services is necessary
7+ years’ experience working within the channel structure for vendors, distributors and resellers
5+ years of highly technical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and supporting Windows software
Familiarity with RFP processes
5+ years’ experience using, administering, and architecting cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, Office 365/Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Defender Suite
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps
5+ years’ experience with sizing, architecting, and deploying infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, network security, wireless, and network switching platforms
5+ years’ experience designing Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery solutions
Experience with Microsoft, HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Fortinet equipment would be an asset
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
Current Microsoft certifications including MS-500, Azure Fundamentals, and MS-365 Fundamentals
Background knowledge in IT security, including security governance concepts
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO-27001, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53 is required
