About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain data assets and reporting views
Create dashboards and visualisations to support business decision-making
Produce performance, operational and clinical KPI reporting
Work with data from multiple sources across Care Services and Richmond
Support analytics projects using modern data platforms and reporting tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

A qualification, apprenticeship or formal training in Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field
Experience working with SQL and an understanding of relational data structures
Some exposure to Python for data manipulation or analysis
Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
Understanding of data platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based data environments
Strong attention to detail and an interest in turning data into meaningful insights
Confidence working with large datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders
