About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery activities to identify customer problems, validate opportunities and define solutions
- Work with Engineering Managers and Design Leads to create seamless customer experiences
- Guide product investment decisions across customer, commercial and technical considerations
- Align stakeholders around a common vision and influence decisions across complex business areas
- Simplify challenging problems and provide clarity in ambiguous environments
- Use data, customer insight and experimentation for evidence-based product decisions
- Lead product initiatives improving customer access to and management of services across Bupa business areas
- Support and coach Product Managers and contribute to product best practice
- Lead one digital product area within the My Bupa App
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in Digital Product Management within customer-facing digital products
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams alongside Design and Engineering
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex challenges and create clear delivery plans
- Strong product discovery skills, including user research, experimentation and validation
- Data-driven approach using metrics and insights for decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
