About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce in-store graphics plans, ceiling graphic plans, and store interior elevations for all types of stores and projects using AutoCAD and X-Ref software
Create occasional 3D renderings/photoshop outputs as needed
Make scope-of-work decisions based on location-specific requirements and budget guidelines
Partner with supervisors on non-prototypical situations
Apply planning processes and standards and ensure documents comply with Prototype, Innovation, and Merchandising initiatives
Oversee projects from inception to completion
Maintain quality control and communication throughout project phases
Troubleshoot and respond to field installation issues and manage change orders
Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Produce graphic take-offs and order forms for procurement using Microsoft Office and Teams
Log and maintain store attributes in Lucernex and database files
Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional departments and outside vendors
Communicate changes affecting production schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with AutoCAD and X-Ref
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
Experience with Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Retail experience strongly preferred
Experience with Bluebeam preferred
Experience with Smartsheet preferred
Experience with Lucernex preferred
Portfolio/design samples link required with application
