About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and analyze vendor performance metrics
Identify root causes of recurring compliance issues
Prepare presentations for vendor onsite visits
Facilitate problem-solving discussions
Research shortage deductions and recommend repayment actions
Facilitate merchants’ business decisions on open balances
Review vendor scorecards and analyze performance data
Prepare presentation materials for vendor meetings
Process buyer expedite and exemption requests
Engage vendors through email, video calls, and onsite visits
Discuss vendor compliance issues with buyers and advise on potential solutions
Present vendor overviews to senior merchants and MO leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree preferred
2-5 years of supply chain or logistics work preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to research assignments and draw logical conclusions from data
Knowledge of vendor scorecard metrics
Ability to communicate analysis findings clearly and concisely
Ability to present vendor overviews to senior merchants and MO leadership
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time-management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
