About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own ICP definition and segmentation for B2B across mid-market and enterprise motions
- Define target segments, buyers and the commercial case for each
- Own pricing direction and packaging structure
- Define how small mid-market landings can become large accounts
- Own the B2B value proposition, positioning and message architecture
- Build the evaluation and approval map for enterprise buyers, champions, economic buyers, procurement, legal and security
- Interpret B2B market intelligence and win-loss outcomes
- Own the sales enablement framework for enterprise deals
- Define messaging and positioning for sales
- Own B2B launch architecture, sequencing and rollout of packaging changes
- Report to the VP of GTM Strategy & Growth and establish the B2B product marketing function, standards and future team needs
- Partner with the Busuu for Business Lead, B2B Marketing Lead, B2B Growth & Strategy head, Product Marketing head, and Product and Technology teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech or a comparable subscription business
- Deep experience with ICP, positioning and buying group dynamics
- Enterprise commercial depth and understanding of how large organisations evaluate, approve and buy
- Experience making pricing and packaging decisions grounded in buying-group spending approval
- Experience with both enterprise high-touch and mid-market medium-to-low-touch motions
- Experience building a function or motion where it did not previously exist
- Comfortable being the first and only person in the function and owning outcomes independently
- AI fluency as a multiplier on personal output
- Additional European languages are a plus
