About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver private 1:1 lessons combining language teaching and personalised coaching
- Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels
- Create bespoke learning paths
- Check student progress during lesson time and set clear goals
- Teach online group classes of up to 5 people in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Dutch
- Focus group lessons on active learning and communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2 level of teaching language
- Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
- Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support
- B1 or above in English if your teaching language is not English
- B1 or above in another language if English is your teaching language
- Bonus: Speaking more than two languages
- Comfortable teaching presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
- High-speed internet
- Modern laptop/PC with a microphone and camera
- Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
