About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, prepare, and teach online 45-minute lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver private 1:1 lessons including language teaching and personalised coaching
- Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels
- Create bespoke learning paths
- Check progress during lesson time and set clear goals
- Teach online group classes focused on active learning and communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2 Level of Spanish
- Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
- Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support
- Fluency in additional languages: B2 or above in an additional language
- Bonus: Speaking more than two languages
- Comfortable teaching: presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
- High-Speed Internet, Modern Laptop / PC with a microphone and camera
- Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
