About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide excellent parent experience for prospective and current families through accurate and efficient communication and documentation
  • Oversee overall business operations and growth of the Center while prioritizing clinical integrity and financial outcomes
  • Manage Center staff, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, culture stewardship, training, and development
  • Assist with staffing schedules, assign caseloads and room assignments, manage attendance, and achieve target impact hours
  • Lead client intake and onboarding, including insurance approvals, authorizations, consultations, tours, and parent paperwork
  • Develop and maintain referral-partner relationships and partner with Client Relations and Marketing on growth goals
  • Manage Center budgets, forecasts, invoices, financial performance, data analysis, and cost controls
  • Oversee Center facilities, vendor contracts, purchasing, equipment safety, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Serve as the primary contact for parent concerns and coordinate parent needs with clinical requirements
  • Lead therapy and administrative teams; provide staff breaks and discipline employees as needed
  • Monitor and report KPIs including cancellation rates, utilization, billable hours, file compliance, scheduled hours, workers’ compensation claims, injuries, turnover, RBT certification completion, and timely therapy starts
  • Communicate intake and enrollment trends and needs to the VP of Clinical Operations
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership experience
  • Healthcare environment experience required; behavioral health preferred
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of general finance and budgeting
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, execute deadlines, and produce high-quality deliverables with attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Employment Visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Ability to perform the listed physical duties, including lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
