Leverage internal and external data sources to uncover business opportunities, emerging risks, and performance trends
Apply statistical techniques and business logic to translate complex data into clear insights
Communicate findings through concise, narrative-driven storytelling for executive and operational audiences
Architect and maintain dynamic dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools using Power BI or Tableau
Frame ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches
Define requirements and recommend actionable solutions
Develop predictive and forecasting models using internal and external market indicators
Evaluate and integrate external market intelligence, economic indicators, and public data sources
Build prototypes and proof-of-concept analytical solutions for operationalization and organizational scaling
Deliver analytical narratives, recommendations, and visualizations for informed business decisions
Use AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics techniques to accelerate research, insight generation, and decision support
Validate data, methodologies, models, and analytical outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business relevance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in analytics, focused on developing business solutions using large-scale, high-quality data sets
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Advanced ability to work with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
Proficiency with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis
Comfortable integrating generative AI tools into analytical workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Understanding of data governance, data modeling, and ETL processes
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and data/reporting/business liaison skills through multiple mediums
