About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities
- Utilize advanced skills and expertise in processes, procedures, and systems to recover aging invoices
- Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems
- Escalate complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership
- Work with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results
- Contribute process improvement ideas based on identified themes and broader business understanding
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide timely, professional service
- Continuously develop collections knowledge, skills, and business acumen
- Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members
- Perform other duties as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective and flexible communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, professional environment
- Takes initiative and approaches work with persistence
