About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Register offers on the Salesforce Commerce and Salesforce Loyalty platforms
- Perform QA processes to ensure the quality and consistency of offer entries
- Support project management and client relationship management
- Actively participate in meetings to monitor offer and campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommend strategic actions to identify more attractive offers and achieve better results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Commerce and Marketing Cloud operations is a plus
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Commitment and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously
- Proactive approach to implementing improvements
- Clear and effective communication
