Key responsibilities & impact

Work on data projects in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
Define data requirements
Create advanced dashboards to support clients’ tactical and strategic decisions
Conduct exploratory analyses and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Document business rules and data changes
Monitor digital performance metrics and generate insights to optimize strategies
Influence decision-making through data
Advise teams on the appropriate use of data for each business context
Work autonomously to solve problems

What you’ll need

Experience gathering requirements and understanding business needs
Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling
Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
Intermediate knowledge of GA4 or other tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
Knowledge of data storytelling
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Organized and committed to delivering results
Strong communication skills with teams and clients
Ability to independently manage and drive requests
Eagerness to learn and propose improvements
