Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage ongoing e-commerce projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and scope are met
  • Apply agile practices to track and monitor tasks for development and UX teams
  • Facilitate effective sprints and continuous delivery
  • Collaborate and align expectations among development, UX, marketing, and other teams
  • Identify and manage risks by implementing contingency plans
  • Ensure deliverables comply with quality standards and conduct project reviews
  • Maintain complete documentation for all project phases and the task management system
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on status, goals, and challenges
  • Manage stakeholder communication, requirements, and expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate knowledge of the VTEX platform
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on development and UX teams
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-management skills
  • Previous experience managing e-commerce projects, preferably ongoing (continuous improvement) projects
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms
