About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a one-year, cohort-based development program consisting of two six-month rotations
- Complete structured learning, hands-on projects, mentoring, and rotational experiences across technical sales, customer support, training, and services
- Use Cadence CAE tools to simulate and analyze complex physical systems
- Apply coding, scripting, and artificial intelligence to engineering and customer workflows
- Develop solutions, demonstrations, technical enablement, and customer collaboration
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers
- Deliver professional services projects and create customer-ready engineering outputs
- Transition after the cohort program into a PSDA Customer Service role based on skills, interests, business needs, and available opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent bachelor's graduate in Engineering
- Entry-level candidate
- Experience or interest in computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools, simulation, and analysis
- Coding and scripting, including languages such as Python
- Ability to work with simulation workflows, technical support, application engineering, and professional services
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in San Jose, CA or Livonia, MI
