About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Cadwell’s clinical expert for the EDX/US product portfolio
  • Lead Cadwell’s EDX/US education strategy and assist with execution
  • Prepare for and train customers on upcoming Cadwell software releases
  • Develop strategies to improve customer go-live experiences and Education and Training Team efficiency
  • Design and deliver webinars, workshops, certifications, self-paced learning modules, and other educational content
  • Deliver clinical configuration and training for assigned customer go-lives and retraining plans
  • Establish clinical configuration and training expectations during the sales process
  • Document clinical configuration, training deliverables, timelines, scopes of work, and implementation plans
  • Fulfill go-live clinical configuration and training deliverables
  • Document and escalate clinical configuration or training issues
  • Recommend updates to implementation procedures, product installation instructions, and training materials
  • Contribute clinical expertise and customer feedback to software enhancements and product design
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for clinical expertise and user insight
  • Assist Sales with product presentations, demonstrations, configuration quotations, and on-site customer evaluations
  • Provide post-implementation customer support and troubleshooting
  • Develop and deliver educational content and training for internal Cadwell employees
  • Define, measure, and monitor educational team KPIs
  • Escalate concerns to the Manager of Education and Training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expert-level knowledge in EDX and US clinical workflows required
  • Expert-level knowledge in at least one EDX product line (either Cadwell or competitor) required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills before small groups, to clearly communicate technical information required
  • Computer proficiency is essential
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system in a networked environment preferred
  • Ability to accurately assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Exemplary listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with an established ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Expertise in educational program design and delivery, clinical configuration requirements, troubleshooting, root-cause identification, and corrective and preventive process improvement
  • Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in EDX/US required
  • R. NCS. T and/or CNCT certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Residence near a major metropolitan area with an international airport
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required travel documentation
  • Ability to meet credentialing company and medical facility requirements
