About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support within Airline Fleet Technical Management services in compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements
  • Create and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans, including work packages for line and base maintenance
  • Monitor aircraft utilisation and schedule maintenance accordingly
  • Ensure maintenance data is accurately entered, maintained, and tracked within maintenance information systems
  • Support the development and optimisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
  • Manage project timelines while considering operational and safety constraints
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of technical aviation experience gained through hands-on roles within an airline CAMO, independent CAMO, aircraft manufacturer technical services organization, or MRO
  • Strong knowledge of CAMO planning and/or Part-145 production planning procedures, including associated records, publications, and manuals
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience supporting Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft fleets
  • Knowledge of applicable EASA and FAA regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of aircraft records and maintenance documentation, maintenance philosophies (e.g. equalized maintenance), heavy maintenance checks, MPD, AMP, and MSG-3
  • Experience with maintenance information systems such as AMOS, TRAX, eMRO, OASES, or similar tools
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and draft technical procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
