About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver formative and summative tactical instruction to pilot, AvWO, sensor operator trainees and operational crews in MH-60R training devices
- Brief, debrief and generate sortie reports
- Deliver tactical ground-school using existing courseware via Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and Instructor Guided Reviews (IGR)
- Assist in developing and improving mission scenarios
- Assist with ongoing testing and certification of MH-60R training devices, new or modified systems, system configuration upgrades and engineering change proposals (ECP)
- Assist in reviewing relevant training course control documents (Curriculum)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Contemporary tactics, techniques and procedures knowledge for MH-60R operations
- Ability to provide tactical instruction to pilot, AvWO, sensor operator trainees and operational crews
- Ability to deliver tactical ground-school using Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and Instructor Guided Reviews (IGR)
- Ability to brief, debrief and generate sortie reports
- Ability to assist with mission scenario development and improvement
- Ability to assist with testing and certification of MH-60R training devices, including modified systems, configuration upgrades and engineering change proposals
- Ability to review relevant training course control documents (Curriculum)
