About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop interactive eLearning content for Defence and Security clients
- Provide artwork, illustrations, and animations for courseware interactive presentations
- Create or modify animations and video content using multimedia development tools
- Bind desktop simulation-based graphics to a common database
- Complete varied and complex tasks independently
- Facilitate or informally lead other multimedia developers when required
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Courseware Developers to create course multimedia on schedule
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure courseware media is accurate
- Lead innovation and engagement in course design for students in the Defence aviation environment
- Interface with strategic partners and project leads to align standardisation across multiple domains
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work with Courseware Developers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers
- Experience or capability in developing instructionally appropriate media for Defence solutions
- Ability to provide artwork, illustrations, and animations for interactive courseware presentations
- Ability to create or modify animations and video content using multimedia development tools
- Ability to bind desktop simulation-based graphics to a common database
- Ability to complete varied and complex tasks independently
- Ability to facilitate or informally lead other multimedia developers
- Ability to work closely with Instructional Designers and Courseware Developers to meet schedules
- Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure courseware media accuracy
